Raindrop Shawl - Special
The eyelet lace at the bottom of this shawl was inspired by rainy days of Southern California Winters, while the bright colors remind me of the beautiful spring flowers that bloom every year.
The Raindrop Shawl is an intermediate to advanced level shawl. Starting with a garter stitch tab, this shawl is worked in four sections, with spaced increases added throughout the sections to give the shawl its ruffled shape. This lightweight shawl is only 16” from top to bottom, making it the perfect shoulder warmer for cool nights.
There are two kits available, the original which includes Shimmer (merino/silk) and Biella (nylon/mohair); and the new kit which includes only Shimmer.
Sample colorway: Turandot
