SKEINO customer Linda from New Hampshire sent us a charming, charming email about her Arabella-Shawl-project. She uses colorway “Raspberry Sorbet” and we think it looks just great. Imagine wearing that on a dinner out with your loved ones on a warm Spring evening!

Here is what Linda wrote to us:

“Good Morning Matt,

The colors are indeed beautiful and it’s such fun to transition from one to the next. I will actually be sad when this project is finished. I anticipate that this means I will have to purchase another colorway very soon. A good friend of mine just bought two different colorway sets from you after seeing mine in progress.

Of course, you are welcome to use any photos of mine of the Arabella Shawl. Each different colorway gives the shawl a totally different look. So by all means, post any of my photos as you would like on your social media site(s). I added some beads to mine by placing a bead on every other eyelet just to add a bit of bling and sparkle. The total number of beads needed is only about 450.

I hear you will have some new colorways coming later this month. I can’t wait to see them. I think it’s wonderful that your team in Germany are being taught the creative process of dyeing these beautiful yarns. Please tell them that your customers very much appreciate and value their talents. I look forward to you posting an article about them on your site with pictures. It makes it all so much more special to meet them all, even if it is only a virtual introduction. Their lovely yarns provide us with hours of enjoyment in knitting the project and will give us a finished item that we will cherish for years to come.

I look forward to seeing all the new colorways in a few weeks.

Linda in NH”
